This unique program teaches new runners as well as veteran runners how to run properly and avoid injuries. The six week program moves step by step from assessing running form to instruction in proper form and mechanics. Drills are individualized based upon the corrections needed and then an independent program is developed.
A weekly re-evaluation is done to reassess progress and new drills and corrections are made. Specific techniques are taught for every running situation. Whether it be running on trails versus roads, up hills versus down or doing speed work at the track. Techniques for each of these running conditions is discussed and taught.
