Each runner is individually analyzed to assess their form. Poor running form is the main contributor to injuries, low running efficiency and a lack of speed. Using motion capture software the patient and therapist assess each part of running. Once the problem areas are found we move back to the treadmill and teach the necessary changes & corrections needed to optimize form. In over 15 years of using this method we have helped poor runners become good, efficient runners and we’ve helped changed good runners into really good runners.
